What we collect, and what we do with it
Last updated October 4, 2026
This page covers the heraldgrowthpartners.com website. If anything here is unclear, email yuepheng.yang@heraldgrowthpartners.com.
The search check form
When you fill in the form we collect what you type: your name, business name, phone number, email address, trade, service area, and the jobs you listed. We also record the time, the page you sent it from, and your IP address, which helps us tell real requests from spam.
We use this to put together your search summary and to contact you about it. We keep it in our own lead log. We don't sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside Herald Growth Partners and the services that deliver it to us (our email provider and automation tooling).
Phone calls and texts
By ticking the consent box on the form, you agree that Herald Growth Partners may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request. Message frequency varies and will be low. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us in any plain words that you'd like us to stop, and we will within ten business days. Reply HELP for help. We don't send texts between 8 p.m. and 9 a.m. Central time.
Phone numbers collected for texting consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit the site, which pages they read and roughly where they came from. Google sets cookies to do that. We don't put your name, phone number or email into analytics, and the form is built so that your details are never written into a web address where analytics could record them. You can block analytics with a browser setting or an extension, and the site works the same without it. Google's own privacy terms are at policies.google.com/privacy.
If you become a client
Client accounts are covered by the services agreement you sign, which spells out what we access (your Google Ads account, Google Business Profile, analytics, and whichever software a fix connects to) and what we do with it. Calls that come from your ads are recorded so lead quality can be checked; a short notice plays to your staff, not the caller, which is permitted in Minnesota. Any texting we set up for your business is registered in your business's name with the carriers and follows the consent rules above.
Cookies
Apart from analytics, the site sets no cookies. There is no login, no chat widget and no advertising pixel.
Your choices
Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. Email yuepheng.yang@heraldgrowthpartners.com and we'll take care of it within a few days.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, for anyone whose details we hold, tell them directly.
